SHIPPING POLICY
All businesses in India are made against the purchases/services on deepagurnani.in or offline against our Indian registered company name- Feelwell Garments & Accessories Pvt. Ltd
Our orders from India are shipped from our warehouse located in Mumbai. There are no duties levied on orders shipping to India. However, there is GST which is charged on checkout while placing the order online.
Dispatch time varies from product to product. Please check each product page to know the dispatch time.
Our Pret pieces take between 7 days to 2 weeks for dispatch & couture pieces take between 3-4 weeks for dispatch.
RETURN POLICY
Most of our products are hand made & handcrafted using extensive embroidered techniques in India. Each of our pieces take hours to make.
Hence, returns are only accepted if you receive your order damaged or incorrect. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may inform us as soon as you receive your order (no less than 7 days of receiving) at customerservice@deepagurnani.com and we will gladly accept the return and process your credit note for the same.
Email customerservice@deepagurnani.com with the order information to exchange or return your piece.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please use a shipping method that includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only accepted if you receive your order damaged or incorrect. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, you may inform us as soon as you receive your order (no less than 7 days of receiving) at customerservice@deepagurnani.com | +91-9920870666 and we will gladly accept the return and process your credit note for the same.
No refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect delivery address.
- Not accepting order on delivery even after attempting delivery 3 times by our respective courier agent.
- Package refused by recipient on delivery.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and slightly unique and as we use natural stones there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
- Customised jewellery is not eligible for return or refund or exchange.
